|ALPHA COMMUNICATIONS® is a family business. It was founded in 1983 by our company president, Mark S. Goldberg, an industry veteran, with over 35 years experience in intercom systems and related products, and his wife Madelyn. Mr. Goldberg has authored several articles on intercom security systems, for some of the leading national trade publications in the industry, and regularly gives lectures and seminars relating to intercom systems, nurse-call systems, and video-intercom systems.
Madelyn Goldberg is the driving force behind ALPHA COMMUNICATIONS®, and is responsible for overseeing all operations, and for making sure the office and warehouse run like clockwork.
At the end of 1997, ALPHA COMMUNICATIONS® began its second generation, with the addition of Jennifer M. Rozenbaum, the daughter of the founders. Jennifer has recently been promoted to the position of Sales Manager, and is now responsible for overseeing all of the activities of the Sales Dept. Jennifer brings a mixture of youth, energy, fresh ideas, artistic talent, and enthusiasm that will help carry ALPHA COMMUNICATIONS® into the new millennium.

In addition to our own brand, we offer products from some of the finest names in the industry. We are proud to be the exclusive importer for all of North America and the Caribbean, for S.T.R. intercoms and video-intercoms.
Custom, modified or special-order equipment is our specialty. Once an order is received by us, all order processing and expediting is done by our fully automated order processing system.
We handle a job from start to finish. Our sales engineering staff will assist you in equipment selection. We will provide a detailed written (computerized) quotation (not a lump sum price) with literature, specification sheets and wiring information, before you buy.
